by Dell Larcen For a consulting firm, the
two primary success factors will always be the quality of your
clients and the quality of your
people. At Larcen Consulting Group we are very fortunate to have
both successful clients and a very effective consulting team.
We are proud to have added a number of new clients over the
past few months including Federal Express, Autodesk, Blue Shield
of California and Yahoo! We also continue to work closely with
our VC partners such as Walden VC, Blueprint Ventures and El
Dorado
Ventures. Our Merger & Acquisition practice has continued
to thrive with projects such as Carat North America’s
acquisition of iProspect.
In addition to these new engagements, our team is also evolving.
Debbie Moates has become a Partner in LCG; Linda
Gaddie has become a Principal. Both are very long-term assets
in the firm and represent the standard of quality to which our
organization aspires. Also, Jill
Springer, a seasoned Silicon Valley HR executive, has joined
our team to head up our Human Capital practice. Marcia
Rubin has joined our OD team. Both Jill and Marcia represent
strong consulting expertise and capability. John
Peters, an experienced start-up CEO in the Valley, has joined
our firm to lead our Strategy practice with a key service called
“Reality Based Execution”. Our Competency Development
product has been extended to many of our clients including Symmetricom,
TSMC and Carat Interactive.
As evidenced by these developments, we conclude that the business
environment is definitely improving. Our firm is pleased to be
partnering with our clients to leverage the resulting new opportunities.
